Reports, Viewing and Printing
Following are all the reports you can view in Diet Power. You can print any report. You can also email any recipe.
Body
History: graphs your weight, your calorie intake and expenditures,
your intake of any nutrient, or your custom
variables over any period since you enrolled in Diet Power. To print
your Body History, choose the history that you want by clicking View >
Choose Home Screen; then click User > Print History.
Calorie
Bank: shows your metabolic rate, calorie budget, calorie intake,
and calorie expenditures for today and the period since your current diet
began. Also shows your averages for that period. To print your Calorie
Bank, click the Calorie Bank tab in the
Food Log or the Exercise
Log; then click the Print button.
Diet
History: shows your weight, calorie budget, calorie intake, calorie
expenditures, and Calorie Bank balance for each day since you enrolled
in Diet Power. Also identifies dates when you started new diets or left
your Food Log blank. To print your Diet
History, click Diet > Diet History; then click the Print button.
Food
and Exercise Logs: shows your food and exercise logs for any date.
To print the logs, open either the Food Log
or the Exercise Log, use the date selector
at the bottom to choose the date for which you want to print the logs,
and click the Print button.
Nutrient
Profile of a Food: shows nutrient levels in any food. To print
a nutrient profile, open the Food Dictionary,
select the food or recipe whose profile you want to print, and click the
Print button.
Recipe:
shows a recipe's ingredients and directions, as well as its nutrient profile.
To print a recipe, open the Recipe Box, select
the recipe you want to print, and click the Print button. To email a recipe,
do the same but click the Email Selected Recipe button.
Nutrient
History: shows your intake of all 33 nutrients for the past day,
week, month, quarter, or year. To print your nutrient history, open the
Nutrient History, click the tab
for the period whose history you want to print, and click the Print button.
(You can also print today's nutrient history by opening the Food
Log, clicking its Nutrient Summary
tab, and clicking the Print button.)
Personal
Daily Allowances: shows your Personal Daily Allowances
(PDAs)
for all 33 nutrients. To print your PDAs, open the PDA
Editor and click its Print button.
