In DietPower, the date whose records you are working on. If your computer's
clock is set correctly, the working date when you start up DietPower
will always be today. Once you've begun your work session, however, you
can temporarily change the working date in three ways: 1) by opening the
Calendar (using the button shown at left), 2) by clicking the date you
want on your Body History graph, or 3) by clicking the date selector at the bottom
of your Food Log
or your Exercise Log.
Changing the working date lets you revise records from days past.
